    3. White tea

    White tea (also known as “women’s tea”) is a healthy drink that you can consume – in moderation – to eliminate retained fluids. In addition, it is a perfect option to obtain an extra antioxidant.

    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon of white tea (5 g).
    • 1 glass of water (250 ml).

    Preparation

    • You just have to bring the water to a boil and then add those tender white tea shoots.
    • Let it come to a boil and then rest for 10 minutes.
    • Drink 1 cup mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

      4. Dandelion
