6 Natural Remedies For Chapped Lips

Chapped lips are a common annoyance that fortunately has an easy solution.

  • Cotton.

  • 1 3-centimeter piece of papaya.
  • ½ teaspoon of honey.

Preparation

Combine the two ingredients until you get a paste.  Apply it on the cracks and cover them with a towel.  Let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse with fresh water.

6. Coconut rose lip balm

This is a remedy that is very   easy to transport and helps to eliminate lip chaps in a short time.

Ingredients

  • ⅛ cup of coconut oil.
  • ¼ cup of beeswax.
  • ⅛ cup of shea butter.
  • 6 tubes of lip balm.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • ¼ cup rose petals (fresh).
  • 1 teaspoon sweet almond oil

Preparation

Place all the ingredients except the petals in a small container suitable for a double boiler.  Heat them until everything is very liquid.  Add the rose petals and stir well. 

Pour the mixture into the lip balm containers.  Store the mixture in the refrigerator to solidify.  Use this remedy whenever you need it.
