Ingredients

  • 1 jug of skim milk (950 ml).
  • 2 tablespoons of whole milk (30 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (5 ml)
  • ½ cup apple chunks, optional (100 g)

Preparation

  • First of all you must place the milk in a baking dish.
  • Then, put the mold in the oven or microwave to heat to about 45ºC for about 5 minutes.
  • After that time, take the mold out of the oven and pour the milk into a ceramic container.
  • Add the apple pieces to the milk and stir well (optional step).
  • Then add the teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix again.
  • Close the ceramic container and wrap it with a towel, and proceed to store in the oven for 24 hours.
  • Finally, when the time is up, take the container out and store it in the refrigerator for 5 hours to firm up. Serve and go.
  • You can add nuts or any seeds that you want to the yogurt.

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (225 ml).
  • 4 cups of skim milk (1 l)
  • 1 tablespoon of whole milk (15 g)

Preparation

  • The first thing you should do is place the milk in a saucepan over low heat and add the tablespoon of powdered milk to thicken it.
  • Then, remove it from the heat and pour the cup of yogurt into the pot. Mix well for a creamy texture.
  • Store the mixture in a container (better glass or ceramic) and put it in the oven (without lighting) for 24 hours.
  • When the day is up, put the container in your fridge and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of skim milk (1 l).
  • ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt (100 g)
  • 1 food thermometer

Preparation

  • Place the milk in a pot and heat up to 80 ºC.
  • Use a thermometer for this. If you do not have a thermometer, use your finger, if you can support the temperature of the milk for 5 seconds, it is the ideal temperature.
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool down.
  • Then, in a glass container, pour boiling water so that the surface is heated.
  • Take the water out of the container and pour the milk with the yogurt. Mix well for the probiotic agents to activate.
  • Next, cover the container and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  • Then, proceed to store the mixture in a black bag, close it and put in the oven without turning on. Leave it there for 12 hours.
  • Finally, after some time, take it out of the oven and put the glass container in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve and go.
