Cinnamon and lemon

We can buy it in powder or branch to make the following remedy. In traditional medicine, cinnamon is considered a remedy for respiratory diseases.
  • Lemon is one of the most popular fruits. According to data from the Spanish Nutrition Foundation, it is rich in vitamin C, flavonoids and organic acids.
  • Ginger ( Zingiber officinale ) is a medicinal root that has been used and consumed for centuries. It has a very peculiar taste and a pleasant aroma. We can get it in powder, but in this case we will choose to consume it fresh, since this way we can obtain all its benefits.
