Preparation
- Peel the potato and carrot and wash the rest of the ingredients well.
- In a suitable pot, add the 4 cups of water and heat until it reaches a boil.
- Add the ingredients and cook until just tender (about 35 minutes).
Consumption mode
- Try to drink half a glass (50 ml) of the broth every 2 or 3 hours until the discomfort subsides.
2. Potato juice
Ingredients
- 1 medium potato
- 1 glass of water (200 ml)
Preparation
- The first step is to wash the potato very well and peel it carefully.
It should be a healthy potato, without blackheads, dimples or indentations caused by insects.
- Then grate it in such a way that you get very fine slices.
- Put the grated potato in a container and, very carefully and with the help of a spoon, press it to release the juice.
- Next, add the grated potato, juice, and water to a glass and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
- After the indicated time, strain and take it.
Consumption mode
- Drink the liquid after every meal. Although its flavor is not the best, it is very effective in avoiding acidity.
3. Water with bicarbonate and lemon
Ingredients
- 1 glass of water (200 ml)
- 10 ml of lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda (5 g)
Preparation
- Heat the glass of water a little. It should be warm, never hot.
- Add lemon juice and the teaspoon of baking soda, and mix until all the ingredients are dissolved.

4. Aloe vera juice

- 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (60 g)
- 1 cup of water (250 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)
Preparation
- Extra gel from the aloe vera stalk. Make sure to remove all the green part and the yellowish liquid that the plant can give off.
- Take it to the blender along with a cup of water and a tablespoon of honey and process for 2 or 3 minutes.
Consumption mode
- Drink the juice 20 minutes before eating.
Note : If you consume it too often it can have a laxative effect. If you start to feel it, reduce the daily dose.
5. Apple cider vinegar
An inexpensive home treatment for this popular malady is apple cider vinegar. Its effects can vary depending on the person, so you should check how you feel.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (10 ml)
- 1 glass of water (200 ml)
Preparation and mode of consumption
- Add a tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of water and mix well.

Other antacids
