- 220 g of strawberry chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 60g sugar

- 1130 g flour
- a pinch of salt
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Line a flat, rectangular mold with greaseproof paper or grease it with butter.
- In a saucepan over the fire, melt the butter with half the chocolate, stirring and taking care not to burn it.

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume.
- Add the paste aroma to the chocolate and butter mixture (optional).
- Stir to mix everything well and add the chocolate to the sparkling eggs, mixing everything gently with a spatula.
- Stir until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the flour and mix gently, stirring until there are no lumps.
- Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick pokes it slightly damp.
- Prepare a bowl of cold water (if it is summer, add ice) and as soon as the mold comes out of the oven, put it in the bowl to stop cooking.
- Let it rest in the pan until the brownie is cool, because if it is removed immediately, it can break.
